Can I order samples?

We're currently working hard to bring this service to our clients. If you feel you cannot go without samples please email sales@archisurface.com

 

Can I return leftover tiles?

As goods are specifically ordered for your project we do not accept returns of leftover goods. Our advice would be to ensure tile quantities are calculated correctly and our suggestion is for clients to keep the excess of tiles for future needs.

 

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your tile order has  arrived damaged, please make sure you report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send an email to sales@archisurface.com with details of the damage, including photos of the damaged tiles and photos of the packaging. Please do not discard any goods without our written approval.Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

 

Do you install the tiles?

We do not install the tiles. We are only a retailer and cannot install the item you purchased with us. 

 

Do I need to order any extra items with my tiles?

Adhesives and Grouts as well as self levelling compounds are usually purchased with tiles. These are products we sell and you can also contact us should you require any further advice on what product to use based on the substrate or circumstances relating to your installation. 

 

Will my tiles vary in colour?

All our tiles are made using the highest quality materials and different batches of products can slightly vary due to manufacturing processes. If you are reordering it is worth emailing sales@archisurface.com with the picture of the box ordered or date of order so we can try to source the same batch previously purchased. This cannot always be guaranteed.
