Please note all of our tiles have a specified lead time, this is an estimate, please guarantee when placing order you read the availability information. If the item is not being produced, our sales team will contact you to suggest alternative or offer full refund.
We do not allow return of excess boxes, we suggest all clients to keep excess of the tiles, when in future material need replacement is helpful to have the original tiles as different tiles might not be an exact match to the original tile.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us or email sales@archisurface.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to the UK. Note we can ship to other countries but before placing order email us sales@archisurface.com to make sure all can be arranged.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
